We cannot receive returned goods unless previously arranged. Please call for details.
Our Commitment to Customer Service
The Hemo bioscience staff is committed to ensuring you have the products you need when you need them. Our customer service team will be happy to help you with your reagent order requirements. Orders received at by 2:00pm Eastern Time Monday-Thursday will ship that day from our North Carolina facility (applies to in-stock items only) unless otherwise specified. Friday shipments for Saturday delivery can be arranged if needed.
