Office Manager

We are hiring an Office Manager to join our team! Here at Hemo bioscience, our smooth processes and systems are the key to our success. We’re looking for an office manager who has excellent organizational skills and a personable disposition to keep us thriving. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational activities of the organization with 2 direct reports.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee Accounts payable and receivable

  • Oversee purchasing, shipping and inventory

  • Work facilities maintenance

  • Provide administrative assistance to management team

  • Manage a small team of administrative staff (2)

  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication

  • Vendor relations

  • Some HR responsibilities including payroll.

Desired experience:

  • Previous experience in operations and management

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Deadline and detail-oriented

  • Strong leadership qualities

  • Experience working with Enterprise software

  • Skilled in IT technology

  • Creative with knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
