DESCRIPTION
The majority of anti-human globulin (AHG) reagents contain anti-complement in the form of anti-C3. Cells coated with C3b/c(d) can be used as a control for direct and indirect antiglobulin tests when the AHG reagent used contains an anti-C3.
Hemo bioscience has received 510(k) clearance to manufacture complement coated control cells using a modified Fruitstone low ionic coating method.
New lots are manufactured every 28 days and expire after 40 days.
