DESCRIPTION

ELUclear is a glycine acid elution kit designed for preparing high-quality eluates for antibody identification. The precisely formulated pH indicator changes color distinctly from yellow to blue at the optimal pH, preventing over-buffering that can dilute antibodies below the limit of detection (LOD). The kit includes a wash bottle with a calibrated fill line for easy wash solution preparation and ready-to-use, color-coded vials for added convenience.

ELUclear has been extensively tested and validated for use with both traditional tube testing methods and MTS gel* column agglutination methods, giving you confidence in its compatibility with your laboratory's established procedures.
